“The boat was fine and the captain took us to nice swimming spots. They did not provide any water or towels, which I think should have been part of the basic offering. The real issue was the lack of hospitality and service. We felt like we were intruding on the captain and his family’s outing. The crew consisted of father, mother and adult son. The captain and son went swimming which I found unusual as they were supposedly on the job. No initial welcome or introductions when we got on the boat.
