The crew were excellent throughout, everything functioning like a well oiled machine and I marvelled at how they could deliver trays of drinks around a moving vessel! A tab system for food & drinks worked well and the buffet lunch provided surpassed our expectations, fresh fish & chicken grilled to perfection on the side of the boat. “We were not allowed any food or drinks of our own, including water. When I questioned this, this grumpy woman said "You can only buy products on the boat. You wouldn't take your own food to a restaurant." This is absurd. We paid for a whole day boat trip that came with lunch, not a "restaurant". Unsurprisingly, all the food/drink on board was overpriced. The boat stank of petrol and cigarettes. There was cigarette ash everywhere, all over the tables and in the sinks in the bathroom. The crew smoked constantly. No one spoke to us at all, until I sought someone out to ask what the itinerary was and…”
